CardoO is Hiring: Project Manager

Role Overview:
The Project Manager will oversee the full project lifecycle-from planning to delivery-working closely with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

-Define project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets

-Serve as the main client contact and manage expectations

-Lead project teams, assign tasks, and track progress

-Monitor execution, risks, quality, and budgets

-Provide regular status reports and ensure project governance

-Identify risks and drive continuous process improvement

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field

-Proven Project Manager experience in software development

-Strong knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies

-Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

-Proficiency with tools like Jira, Trello, or MS Project

-PMP certification is a plus
