本ポジションはApplications & Infrastructureの中の、Software Engineering（SoE）となります。 想定はManagerクラスです。

【職務内容】

アバナードのSoftware Engineering組織では、お客様に最先端のデジタル• ソリューションを実装します。AIをはじめとした最新技術を駆使したモダン• エンジニアリングの実践により、ソフトウェア• ソリューションの分析、設計、構築、実装、保守を優先的に推進します。プロジェクトマネージャーとして、上流工程である企画• コンサルティングから技術力を要す要件定義、設計、開発• 構築• テスト、導入後、運用管理までのすべてのフェーズで活躍していただきます。

各プロジェクトでは、Webアプリケーション開発におけるプロジェクトマネージャー/プロジェクトリーダー、またはその候補として、下記の役割を担って頂きます。

• 要件定義、基本設計等の上流工程
• 構築設計における品質/スケジュール/コスト管理およびマネジメント業務とプロジェクトチームの管理
• 新規、または既存顧客に対する提案活動

ご担当いただくプロジェクトは、金融、製造、通信、エネルギー、官公庁と多岐にわたります。特に、プロジェクトマネージャーとして大規模案件や、複雑性の高い案件に従事いただきます。これらの分野でのプロジェクト管理と技術的なリーダーシップを発揮し、各業界に応じたソリューションを提供することで、プロジェクトの成功に貢献していただきます。

その他、組織活動においても、適性を判断の上、組織のビジョンと戦略にそった組織運営を実施いただくことがございます。

Qualifications

【必要要件】※年数はあくまでも目安となります

(1) 下記の経験があること（業務期間は合計で10年程度が目安）

• Webアプリケーション開発におけるプロジェクトマネジメント経験
• 構築設計における品質/スケジュール/コスト管理およびマネジメント業務とプロジェクトチームの管理
• Webアプリケーション開発における設計、開発、デプロイ等の経験
• Azure（AWS/GCPでも可）のクラウド技術を使用した開発経験
• 顧客向けの提案（ソリューションの選定、提案資料の作成、顧客向けのプレゼンテーション、見積もり等）
• プロジェクトの組成（チームの編成、パートナー企業との折衝等）

(2) (1)に記載の各種サービスに対するプリセールスの経験

(3) リーダーとして下記の経験があること（業務期間は合計で3年以上が目安）

• プロジェクト管理（スコープ管理、変更管理、進捗管理、品質管理、コスト管理、リスク管理等、一部でも可）
• チーム管理（チームビルディング、メンバーの勤怠管理、コーチング、メンタリング等）
• 社内外のステークホルダーとの折衝
• 部下の人事評価を含む管理職の業務

(4) その他

• 下記のいずれかの資格を保有している方（現在有効な資格に限る）
  • IPA情報処理技術者（プロジェクトマネージャ）
  • PMP
• 日本語が母国語でない方は、ビジネスレベルの日本語能力があること（JLPT:N1が目安）
• Officeアプリケーション（Word, Excel, PowerPoint等）を使用した各種資料の作成能力
